The joint project contract is a legal document or agreement that exists between two parties, both of which are organizations that can have similar nature of business or different businesses altogether. In a joint project contract, both parties make investments and are involved in running a single business together.

Following terms and conditions are important aspect of the joint project contract and need to be followed:

  • Objective:The objective of this joint project is to provide state of the art internet technology services in the county of Jackson in the state of Mississippi. This will be accomplished through exchange of technical knowledge and expertise and economic cooperation between both parties in the contract – “Rowan International” and “Nico”.
  • Co-operation:Both the parties involved “Rowan International” and “Nico” will invest in this project jointly and have the authorization under the joint project contract to use each other’s resources by paying agreed upon compensation. “Rowan International” will be responsible for operation and management of the project while “Nico” will be responsible for handling finances and implementation of technology.
  • Breach of contract:If any of the parties involved “Rowan International” or “Nico” fails to offer the cooperation as stated in the joint project contract then it will be termed as breach of contract and the party responsible will be liable to pay the other party necessary compensation.
