A website license contract is a written document that acts as a contract made between the owner of a website and the other party who wishes to use the website for a fixed period of time. Such contracts consist of certain terms and conditions based upon which contract is signed.

The following are the terms and conditions which have been mutually agreed upon by both the parties:

  • The OWNER agrees to give license of website to the USER on the condition that the site will be used only for online shopping purpose as it is meant for.

This contract shall terminate 12 months after effective date that is 21st July, 2012

  • The monthly instalments must be paid within the first week of each month.
  • USER agrees to protect the website from any violation such as theft of content or rights.
