A training reimbursement contract refers to an agreement which a business entity signs with the individuals being provided training by the business. The contract specifies that the business will only reimburse the respective trainee for the expenses incurred while on the training. The contract gives the details of both the involved parties and specifies the future course of action. A sample of the contract has been provided below.

Sample Training Reimbursement Contract

The contract is being signed by M/s Henderson Entrepreneurs Ltd. and Mr. James Keller as on the 25th Feb 2012.

The contract states that M/s Henderson Entrepreneurs Ltd. will provide Mr. James Keller with appropriate training in the spheres of sales, marketing and customer management over a period of 10 months.

Terms and Conditions of the contract:

  1. The trainee must follow the rules and regulations of the office premises.
  2. The trainer i.e. the business will not pay the trainee any salary. Only the expenses on travel and food will be reimbursed after the completion of the training.
  3. The trainee will be provided with a certificate regarding the training and the performance of the individual.
  4. The training is not a promise of any future job.
