A town home lease contract is legal document by which an owner of a town home leases the property to a tenant in return for a specific sum of money as rent. The contract sets down the terms and conditions of the owner, termination rules and other related points which must be borne in mind by the tenant and is then signed by both the parties, usually in the presence of a witness.

Terms and conditions:
- The lessee agrees to pay rent of $1,200 for per month for the usage of the town home and the lessor agrees to lease the town home to the tenant by accepting a refundable deposit amount of $1,000.
- The tenant is responsible for maintaining the town home and will have to pay in case there is any damage found during inspection by the landlord.
- The tenant shall also pay other utility bills like electricity, water etc.
- Both parties shall give a notice of 1 month before terminating the contract and emptying the premises.
