A software purchase contract is a document that is made during the purchase of software. This is a document that is signed and made by the involved parties known as the BUYER and the SELLER. Both the parties work upon a few terms and conditions which are signed on mutually basis.

The following are the terms and conditions of the contract:
- The BUYER agrees to make the payment on time and in cash on the possession date
- The SELLER agrees to sell the software exclusively to the BUYER so that one other company can use it.
- The BUYER agrees to use the software as presented by the SELLER. No other changes can be made in it.
- The BUYER agrees not to sell the software to any third party as it is specially designed keeping in mind the requirements.
