A software purchase contract is a document that is made during the purchase of software. This is a document that is signed and made by the involved parties known as the BUYER and the SELLER. Both the parties work upon a few terms and conditions which are signed on mutually basis.

This contract is made between two parties who are herein referred to as the BUYER and the SELLER.
Mr. Jack Cusack is herein known as the SELLER and agrees to sell the software to the BUYER.

The following are the terms and conditions of the contract:
- The BUYER agrees to make the payment on time and in cash on the possession date
- The SELLER agrees to sell the software exclusively to the BUYER so that one other company can use it.
- The BUYER agrees to use the software as presented by the SELLER. No other changes can be made in it.
- The BUYER agrees not to sell the software to any third party as it is specially designed keeping in mind the requirements.
