A software maintenance contract is an official document which is drafted when a software engineer, software developer or a software service provider agrees to maintain and develop the software for an individual or an organization. The details mentioned in the contract are the kind of software used and the purpose of using the software. There are also terms and conditions mentioned in the contract to which both the parties need to agree.

Date of registering the contract: 25th April 2011

This software maintenance service contract has been drafted and entered into between Bruce Wayne referred to as the service provider with address at: 12 Holly Hock Street, New York, New Jersey 4512 and Stop Coma Company referred to as the client with office address at 12 Aspen High Street, California, Los Angeles 5514.

Both the parties have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Bruce Wayne has to develop software that will keep and maintain financial updates of Stop Coma Company.
  2. The service will be provided only on weekends as the office is closed on those days. Bruce Wayne has to inform in advance if he is unable to come on a weekend and wants to compensate by coming during a weekday.
  3. Stop Coma Company will pay Bruce Wayne a service maintenance fee of $2000 per month.
