A small business consulting contract is an official commitment between a small company/ entrepreneur and a consultant company for hiring the professional management and organization services to establish the small business. Such a contract consists of termination clause, payment terms and duties of both the parties.

This small business consulting contract is made & entered between Wilma handcraft Pvt. Ltd, Address: Shop No: 6, Bakers Street, Salt Lake City, New York, America, hereinafter called as the client company.
Anderson Business consultants Pvt. Ltd, Address: Office No: 9, Spencer Road, New York, America, hereinafter called as the consultant party.
The consultant party is agreed to serve the client company with its diverse small business consulting servicing for setting up small scale handcraft business, whereas the client company is agreed to pay the offered amount for the same.
This contract is effective from February 15th, 2011 and is ending on February 15th, 2012.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The consultant party will serve the client company with following mentioned services:
- Outlining of the financial policies
- Establishment the effective management system
- Organizing the handcraft business Affairs
- Handling of insurance & taxes
Furthermore, the consultant party will hand over a printed report of monthly services to the client company.
The client company will pay $ 4000 per month to the consultant party, whereas an advance amount of $ 5670 has already been paid.
If any unsettled issue is encountered, this contact will be treated as cancelled.
