A separation of employment contract is an official document which is drafted when an employee takes termination from his employment in an organization. The contract is an evidence that the employee has been officially released from his duties in the organization. The contract states the last working day of the employee, amount to be received by an employee and other terms and conditions.

Both the employer and employee agree and obligates to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The last working day of the employee is 10th July, 2011
  2. The employee will not take employment in any organization that is a competitor of the employer for one year from the date of termination.
  3. The employee will never make any statement against the employer that will be considered derogatory.
  4. The employer agrees to clear off all outstanding payments and compensation of the employee on the last working day.
