  • The CLIENT agrees to hire the SERVICE PROVIDER for providing IT security services to the company of the CLIENT.
  • The SERVICE PROVIDER shall work 6 days of the week for the CLIENT and work as per his/her instructions.
  • The CLIENT shall pay the SERVICE PROVIDER within the first week of each month.
  • If the SERVICE PROVIDER fails to provide services on a repeated basis, then he/she may have to face payment cuts.
