A sales agency agreement contract is a legal document which is drafted when an individual or an organization enters into a contract with an agency which will sell their products. The contract states the amount of commission to be paid to the agency in exchange for the sales made by them and other terms and conditions agreed between them.

This sales agency agreement contract has been drafted and entered into between Gas Manufacturers referred to as the seller with chief office address located at 12 Regina High Road, Hollywood, Los Angeles 3456 and Tim Stores referred to as the agency with chief office address located at 21 Clinton High Road, Hollywood, Los Angeles 3443.
As per the contract the agency is supposed to sell garments manufactured by the seller.
According to the contract:
- The agency will get a commission of ten percent of the sales made by them.
- The agency will not be allowed to sell the products of any competitor of the seller.
- If the agency is found quoting a price higher than the price set by the seller, the seller has the authority to cancel the contract and take legal action against the agency.
- The agency assures that they have a valid agency license.
