Term & conditions to be followed by both the parties:
Room owner obligations:
Any changes to the contract or any alteration to the room rent will be informed to the lessee through a circular.
The lessee will be responsible for the maintenance of the room and only two people are allowed to stay in the room.
The lessee will pay an amount of $ 4560 as the security amount to the owner, whereas an amount of $456 is committed to pay as a monthly rental on the fixed date.
The termination can happen to the contract in case any unsettled issue noticed between the two parties. Under this clause, the guilty party will pay $ 1500 as the settlement allowance to the alleging party.
