A primary dealership contract is a legal document which is formed between a manufacturer and the first or primary dealer for the sales of products produced by manufacturer. The clauses of terms of this contract are legally enforceable and can lead to legal actions in case of violation.

This contract is made effective on the date: 12th July 2011

This contract is formed between Mr. Fred Henry who is herein referred to as the COMPANY and Mr. Paul Westin who is herein referred to as the PRIMARY DEALER.

The details of both the parties are given as follows:

COMPANY

Company name: Henry Productions

Address: F-34, Tim square, Parkland, CA

PRIMARY DEALER

Store name: Westin showroom

Address: 34-L, Square villa, CA

The COMPANY manufactures stationary products by the name of Henry Stationers and assigns PRIMARY DEALER the dealership of the products.

Total dealership amount: $30000

Duration of contract: 12 months

Termination date of contract: 12th July 2012

The following are terms and conditions of the contract:

  • The PRIMARY DEALER agrees to sell the products produced by the COMPANY only at his store being the primary dealer of the COMPANY.
  • The COMPANY agrees to grant the primary dealership of the Henry stationary only to the PRIMARY DEALER during the duration of the contract.
  • The COMPANY agrees to accept the payment every month in equal monthly amounts.
  • The PRIMARY DEALER agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the contract in all circumstances.
