An office management contract is a legally designed document drafted whenever an individual is hired in the position of an office manager in an organization. As per the contract the employee will be employed in the position of an office manager in the employer organization for a contractual period of two years expiring on 14th June 2013.

2. The employee has to ensure that the basic company policy and procedures are followed at the office place. The employee also has to follow all the core standards of the organization.

3. The contract renewal depends on the performance of the employee. The contract can be terminated before the contract period ends if the employee is carrying out his responsibilities efficiently.
