Mr. John Smith, Address: House No; 56, Sun Rise Road, Toronto, Canada, hereinafter known as the Lessee.
Location: Anderson Plaza, 5th floor, Office No: 4, Spencer Road, Toronto, Canada.
Whereas the Lessor is interested to put his office location on lease and the lessee is agreed to the mentioned covenants for renting the office space.
This office lease contract is effective from December 26th, 2010 and is ending on December 26th, 2011.
Following mentioned term & conditions are committed between both the parties:
The lessor will maintain the full record of the received payments and will issue a receipt on receiving any amount.
The lessee will be responsible for maintaining the leased office and any alteration to the office will be done with the consent of the lessor.
The lessee has already made a payment of $ 45600 as security amount to the lessor for leasing the office space. An amount of $ 4560 is decided to be paid on the 5th of every month as the rent till the contract is valid.
In case of late payment and any unsettled disagreement, this contract can be considered as terminated.
