Following terms and conditions are important aspect of the negotiating vendor contract and need to be followed:
The vendor will be paid the amount as discussed in the “Retainer Fee” section of this agreement on the 07th day of each month only after receipt of invoices from the said vendor services.
In this business relationship, either parties will have access to inside information and according to the terms and conditions of this negotiating vendor contract, neither party should divulge each other’s information to a third party and maintain confidentiality at all times.
The term of this organization-vendor business relationship will end on 24 November 2012. The organization is authorized to terminate the relationship prior to the date by giving a written notice of 60 (sixty) days to the vendor.
