A musician management contract is a formal document which is drafted when a musician and a musician manager decide to get into a mutual agreement of certain terms and conditions. This happens when the musician hires the manager to manage his association and other related tasks.

This contract comes into effect as on 4th July, 2011
This contract is made between two parties, MUSICIAN and MANAGER. Both the parties accept the following contract mutually and realise that any deviation from accepting the terms shall lead to termination of contract.
The details of the MUSICIAN are given as follows:

The MUSICIAN hires the MANAGER for a specific period of time which has been mentioned in the contract.
The details of the MANAGER are given as follows:

The MANAGER shall be paid an amount of $5000 for the period of the contract.
The payment shall be done by cheque basis and will be done at the starting of each month.
Term of the contract:
This contract shall remain into existence for 12 months after effective date and shall terminate on the 4th July, 2012.
The following are the covenants and conditions of the parties:
- The MANAGER must be present on each performance and city tour of the MUSICIAN.
- The MUSICIAN shall pay the amount at the starting of each month regularly.
