A master services contract is an official document that is drafted when an individual or an organization referred to as a service provider enters into a contract to provide a certain kind of services to another organization. The service provider in this contract can be an employee or a vendor. The contract lays down the kind of service that the service provider has to provide and the amount of remuneration he will receive for that.

Terms and conditions:

  1. The service provider has to ensure that all the computers in the office of the client are in working condition. The damaged computers have to be repaired.
  2. The service provider will be paid $1000 per month as remuneration. The costs of the spare parts needed for repairing the computers will have to be paid by the client.
  3. The contract is valid till 22nd of May 2013
