A management training contract is an official commitment between the trainee and the trainer organization in order to provide the training by utilizing the effective management strategies and technical tools.

This contract is committed and entered between Wilma management training institute , hereinafter called as management trainer organization, located at: Office No: 10, Sunrise Building, Rainbow Market, Toronto, Canada
Mr. Mark Smith residing at: 45/ K, Brown Society, Toronto, Canada, hereinafter called as the management trainee.
Hereby, the following mentioned are the term & conditions in order to initiate the management training contract:
- Obligations of the Management Trainer Organization:
The management trainer organization will provide the excellent training by utilizing the promised methods and techniques.
- Duties of the Management trainer:
The management trainee will stay committed to the management trainer organization and receive the practical knowledge as decided and will make the payment at the committed time.
- Payment clause:
The management trainer organization will receive 45% of the total fee in advance from the management trainee, whereas the rest amount will be paid after completing the training.
If any kind of misconduct will come into notice caused by the trainee or any kind of violation is made by the management trainer organization, this may lead to the termination of this contract.
Both the parties are requested to validate the contract by reading the above mentioned promises and covenants:
