A management service contract is a legal document drafted whenever an individual is hired in an organization to provide managerial service or in the management team of the organization. The contract marks out the terms and conditions to which the individual needs to oblige.

  3. If the employee is found involved in fraudulent activity at any point of time, the contract will be cancelled.
