A maintenance contract agreement is a written formal document which is made when the owner of a place or a building hands over maintenance duty on regular fixed price basis to a maintenance company. Such contract agreements are drafted on a mutual understanding of a number of terms and conditions which are mentioned in the agreement.

The maintenance will either be done on the last Sunday of each month or on special order of the OWNER.
Amount to be paid for one time maintenance: $1000
The following are the terms and conditions of the agreement:
- The OWNER agrees to pay the monthly amount after completion of the round of maintenance.
- The MAINTENANCE COMPANY must not employ more than 5 people for the maintenance of the building.
- The damage caused to any building part shall cause the OWNER to pay a compensated amount.
- The OWNER must be informed before maintenance visit by the company.
Both the parties hereby agree to the terms of the agreement:
