When a company providing lawn maintenance service enters into a deal with an individual or an organization referred to as the owner of the lawn, a document is drafted between both the parties which is known as a lawn maintenance contract. Both the parties have to agree to the terms and conditions mentioned in the contract to make it valid.

This contract has been drafted between Lawn Mowers who is the service provider and Hubby Boo, who is the client to maintain the Lawn owned by the client.
Both the parties have to agree to the following terms and conditions:
a) The contract expires on 3rd April 2012. If either of the parties wants to cancel the contract before the expiry date, they can do that prior to which they need to serve a notice period of one month.
b) The service provider also has to ensure that there is no long grass growing on the lawn. He has to trim it once every week. Fertilizers should also be put in the plants so that there is even growth of the plants.
c) Pesticides should be sprayed on the plants at least once a week. The cost of the pesticide will also be borne by the customer. The Lawn maintenance will be done at the residential address of Hubby Boo:
