A law society training contract is a written document that consists of all those terms and conditions based on which two parties known as TRAINER and a LAW SOCIETY sign the contract. In this contract the LAW SOCIETY pays the training institute to train Law students or employees in a particular field of work.

Total amount paid to the TRAINER: $700
Starting date of training: 1st March, 2011
Duration of contract: 12 months
The following are the terms and conditions which have to be followed by both the parties
- The TRAINER agrees to provide training to employees of the LAW SOCIETY.
- The LAW SOCIETY agrees to pay equal amounts every month till the end of the contract
- The LAW SOCIETY holds no right to interfere in the training methods of the TRAINER during the contract period.
