A laptop dealership contract is a legal document which is made when a laptop producing company agrees to grant a person or party the dealership of selling the laptops. This legal document consists of terms and conditions which are mutually decided amongst the parties who are involved.

This laptop dealership contract deals with the laptop brand Marx electronics. This contract has been made by and between Marx electronics which is herein referred to as the COMPANY and Mathew dealers which is herein referred to as the DEALER

The COMPANY wishes to hand over dealership of all their laptop models produced between the year 2007 and 2011.

The following are the terms and conditions to be followed by the parties:
- The DEALER agrees to show sales report to the COMPANY at the end of each month.
- The COMPANY must renew orders every 15 days after receiving payment.
- The DEALER shall make payment of equal monthly amount within the first week of each month.
- The COMPANY and the DEALER agree to the terms of the contract.
