As committed the lessee has already paid $ 3000 as advance money and the rest payment will be made via instalment of $ 450 on 7th of every month.
The landlord will maintain the full record of payments and will issue a payment receipt on receiving amount.
The lessee will share the total expenses of the contract documentation with the landlord and clear all the payments on time. A late payment will be accepted with a $ 100 fine.
