An IT consultant contract agreement is a type of agreement in which an individual consultant or an IT company provides consultancy services to the clients. These types of agreements contain the details of the parties involved, starting and termination date of the contract, the type of the consultancy services offered, the amount given for the services and the other terms and conditions that are agreed between the parties.

These agreements are legally binding documents and both the parties must abide by its terms and conditions. A sample contract agreement is given below for reference.

The CLIENT will pay a sum of $500 per month to the CONSULTANT for consultancy services.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The CONSULTANT shall be working with the CLIENT at the CLIENT’S official address during the effective term of contract.
  • The CLIENT must pay the sum mentioned above to the CONSULTANT on the first day of each month.
  • The CONSULTANT shall solely work for the CLIENT and no other employer as long as he/she is bound by this contract.
