An HR training contract is a legal document drafted when an individual takes training in HR or HR management from an institute or from the organization in which he is employed. The contract lays out the terms and conditions that both the parties need to follow.

The total duration of the training is of three months

Terms and conditions to be followed by both the parties:

  1. The employer agrees to train the employee regarding all the HR policies of the company.
  2. The employee will also be trained about all the job functions and responsibilities of the HR department.
  3. The employee is not supposed take any leave during the training period.
  4. During the training period the employee will be considered on temporary employment.
