Sometimes when a party referred to as the lessee takes a garage owned by another party referred to as the lessor on lease, a document needs to be drafted which is known as a garage lease contract. The contract has details like the area of the garage, facilities provided in the garage and also the purpose for which the lessee can use the garage along with the term of the contract.

This garage lease contract has been drafted as per the Property Lease Laws of the state of Las Vegas and entered into between Jug Head (the lessor) residing at 32 Roger Street, Miami, Las Vegas and Archie Ray (the lessee) residing at 21 Henry Road, Miami, Las Vegas.

Facilities provided: Centrally air conditioned, fire alarm, mechanically operated door.
Terms and conditions:
- The monthly rental amount to be paid by the lessee to the lessor is $3000 which has to be paid at the beginning of every month.
- The lessee assures that he will be using the garage only for the purpose of parking cars and not for any purpose like rehearsals by a music band, holding a barbeques party etc.
