Whenever an individual or an organization referred to as the licensee applies for a license in order to get permit to carry out a certain activity like business or possessing a property, a legal document is drafted which is known as a license contract. The governing body to whom the licensee applies and gets authorized is referred to as the licensor. In the contract the licensor lays down few rules for the licensee. A free license contract acts as a sample for drafting such documents.

This license contract has been drafted and entered onto between Nathan Glenn referred to as the licensee residing at 67 Aspen High Road, New York, New Jersey and Bar License authority referred to as the licensor with office located at 32 Cold Place Street, New York, New Jersey.

The licensee has applied for a bar license in order to sell liquor at his restaurant located at:

23 Polly Hill,

New York, New Jersey.

The various terms and conditions to be accepted by the licensee are as follows:

  1. The licensee can use the license to sell alcohol only at the restaurant located at the above mentioned address.
  2. He should not share the license with anyone. If found doing so, his license will be cancelled.
  3. The licensee has to pay a fee of $5000.
