An export purchase contract is a contract which is made between an exporter and a party which agrees to purchase or buy the products exported by the exporter. Such contracts are legal in nature and the party who breaches the terms can be held chargeable under law of the respective country.

Details of payment:
The payment must be made by the purchaser within 10 days of receiving the ordered products.
The shipping amount must also be paid by the purchaser.

- The PURCHASER must place an order as and when required.
- The EXPORTER must send the order as soon as possible and a delay of more than 30 days shall lead to cost deduction by 5%
- The damages or misplacement due to shipping or transportation wouldn’t be the responsibility of the EXPORTER.
