An event vendor contract is a legal document drafted when an event vendor takes the contract to provide his services to an individual or an organization by organizing a certain event. This includes various types of events like marriage, seminar, shows etc. The details mentioned in the contract are the cost of the event and the terms and conditions to which both the parties need to agree.

The event vendor contract has been drafted and entered as on 14th of April 2011 between Quick Lee Marriages referred to as the event vendor and Glenn Cooper referred to as the client. As per the agreement Quick Lee Marriages will be organizing the wedding event for the client which will be taking place on 20th of April 2011 at the following venue:
