An equipment maintenance contract is an official document which is drafted between an individual or an organization who is going to repair the equipments owned by another individual or an organization. The details mentioned in the contract are the kind of equipments that need to be repaired and the fees that is going to be paid to the service provider.

Date of registering the contract: 24th April 2011

This contract has been drafted and entered into between Glenn Equipment Services referred to as the service provider and John Hold referred to as the customer. As per the contract Glenn Equipment Services has to repair and maintain all the laptop of John Hold.

Both the parties have to agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The service needs to be provided at the home address of John Hold which is:

52 North Enclave,

New York, New jersey 67541.

  1. Glenn Equipment Services has to appoint a certified hardware engineer to provide the service. The person also has to carry his company id card for identification while visiting the client.
  2. The service provider will be held responsible for any damage occurring to the laptop while maintaining it.
  3. The contract expires on 24th April 2013. The renewal of the contract is at the discretion of both the parties.
