An employee separation contract is an official document drafted when an organization or an individual termed as the employer terminates the employment of the individual termed as the employee working under him or in the organization. This contract is prepared when the employee gives his resignation, or is fired or laid off by the company. The contract states the dues that the employer has to pay to the employee or vice versa.
