An employee separation contract is an official document drafted when an organization or an individual termed as the employer terminates the employment of the individual termed as the employee working under him or in the organization. This contract is prepared when the employee gives his resignation, or is fired or laid off by the company. The contract states the dues that the employer has to pay to the employee or vice versa.

The employee was recruited in the position of a customer service executive and has been in the payroll of the company since 12th march 2010. The employee has been working at the following office address:

New York, New Jersey 5214.

The current position of the employee is same and his last working day is 25th of April 2011.

The following are the terms and conditions that the employee has to agree to after completion of his termination process:

  1. The employee will get his salary for the month of April which will be credited to his salary account on 30th of this month.
  2. His incentive will be paid after one month from the date of termination.
