A draft confidentiality contract is a legal commitment commenced between an organization called as the disclosing party and a supplier firm known as the receiving party, in which both the parties are bounded to share some private information by agreeing to the confidentiality clause.

This draft confidentiality contract is made & registered between Marcos Petroleum Group Pvt. Ltd, Address: Plot No:89/ L, Spencer Road, Salt Lake City, New York, America, herein after known as the disclosing party.
William Petroleum Suppliers Pvt. Ltd, Address: Office No: 5, Anderson Villa, Baker Road, New York, America, hereinafter known as the receiving party.
Together referred as both the parties
Whereas, both the parties are willing to commence the new business relationship and are agreed to follow the confidentiality terms for preventing the outflow of the top secret data
This contract is effective from February 14th, 2011 and is ending on February 14th, 2012.
Considerations & Covenants:
Both the parties are ready to work on the petroleum project and will strictly obey the confidentiality the clause.
The receiving party is strictly instructed to prevent the outflow of petroleum product’s sensitive information to any third party until the contract is valid, whereas the disclosing party will provide the confidential data & records only on request to the authorized person.
In case of any unsettled issue and breach of the confidential clause, this contract will be treated as dissolved.
