The termination of contract shall take place on 16th June 2013

  • The COMPANY can inspect and keep track of developments and profits of the DEALER at any time during the contract
  • The DEALER cannot sub dealership the dealership without consent of the COMPANY in written.
  • Both the parties must abide by the terms to avoid legal implications.
  • The payment must be made every month and within the first week of each month.
