A customer business contract is an official document which is committed between an organization and the associated customers. Such contracts focuses on the terms and conditions which are agreed by the customers and the organisation.

This Business contract is commenced between Bright Way Life insurance Company Pvt. Ltd, hereinafter known as the owner organization, located at: 23/ G, Block- A, Satin Road, Ottawa, Canada AND Ms Lena Peterson, hereinafter known as the buyer or the customer, residing at: 67- G, Stevenson Street, Toronto, Canada.
This contract is commencing on October 21st, 2010 and is ending on October 21st, 2012.
Following mentioned are the defined covenants and conditions for both the parties:
The buyer is not the employee of the owner organization and hence will not avail certain benefits applicable to employees only. The buyer has to sell 30 policies per month in order the claim the monthly payment of $ 1000. Report of each month will be submitted in the first week to the concerned person by the buyer.
The owner organization has to make the genuine payment on committed time and to support the buyer in order to keep him or her educated with the current polices. Initial marketing material will be provided by the owner organization only.
If the buyer is not effective to generate the required business or some issue has occurred regarding the monetary issues and clauses which is non resolvable, the contract can be treated as cancelled or terminated.
