A counselling confidentiality contract is a legal document which is framed in the case where a company or an individual hires a counsellor or a counselling firm on the condition that the company shall pay a fixed predecided amount to the counsellor in exchange for counselling services. These contracts consist of various terms and conditions which must be agreed by both the parties. The terms and conditions of these contracts are confidential in nature and are not disclosed in front of any third party. Given below is a sample of a counselling confidentiality contract.

The Parties have mutually decided to sign this contract on the basis of the following terms and conditions:

  • The COMPANY shall pay a total amount of $2000 to the COUNSELLING FIRM for the services they provide to the COMPANY for the entire period of contract,
  • The COUNSELLING FIRM must be present on all the occasions when the COMPANY requires some kind of financial counselling.
  • The parties agree to the fact that none of them shall disclose any information or details of this contract to any third party or person.
