A content license contract is a written document which consists of certain terms and conditions based upon which two parties agree to get into a mutual understanding where one party agrees to grant license to the other for use of content framed or drafted by him/them.

This contract has been made effective as on 12th July 2011 and shall remain into effect till 12th July 2012 which makes the length of the contract to be 12 months.

This contract has been made by and between Mr. John Bond who is hereby referred to as the licensor of the content and Mr. Mathew Clark who is hereby referred to as the licensee of the content.

The licensor resides at S-4, second floor, Moose tower, London

The licensee resides at R-90, first floor, Greg Street, London

The content is drafted by licensor and is related to the atomic theory hidden aspects discovered by the licensor.

Total amount to be paid for license: $35000

The amount shall be paid within the first week of the contract length.

The following are the terms and conditions of the contract:

  • The licensor agrees to share the entire content with the licensee on the condition the licensee cannot make any changes in the original content.
  • The licensee cannot share the content with any third party under any circumstances without taking permission from the licensor.
  • The content must be handed back over to the licensor at the end of the contract.
