A company training contract is a formally drafted document which is framed when a company hires a person or individual for a training program for a fixed period of time. These contracts consist of certain legally binding terms and conditions based upon which the parties sign such documents. The Company may or may not pay the trainees for the training program. Given below is a sample of a company training contract which can be used for reference purpose.
Sample Company Training Contract:
This contract is made between two parties who are herein referred to as the COMPANY and the TRAINEE.
Mr. Fred Tim is herein known as the TRAINEE and agrees to undertake a training program under the COMPANY.
Address of TRAINEE: b-3, second floor, Kell tower, London
Mr. Mathew Black is herein known as the COMPANY and agrees to give training to the TRAINEE from the sales and marketing point of view.
Address of COMPANY: D-90, first floor, Ponting building, London
Details of the training contract:
Commencement date: 12th March 2011
Termination date: 12th July 2011
Timings: 8 am to 2 pm every week day.
The following are the terms and conditions of the contract:
- The COMPANY agrees to provide training to the TRAINEE in the sales and marketing methods and theory.
- The TRAINEE agrees to be present on all training days without a fail.
- The COMPANY holds the right to terminate the contract in case of absence of the TRAINEE on more than 5 occasions.
