A company management contract is a document which is entered between a company and the individual whom they are hiring in a managerial position in the company. The contract is a legal as well as an official document which states the terms and conditions that both the parties have to agree.

Contract effective date: 4th of December 2011

This company management contract has been drafted and entered into between Noel Jones referred to as the manager and Oscar Goods Limited referred to as the company where in the company has hired the manager in the position of a sales manager.

In respect to the contract, there are few terms and conditions that the manager has to agree to:

  1. The manager will be working from the principal office address of the company which is located at:

68 Hilly Top Lane,

New York, New Jersey 4567.

  1. The manger will be working as a sales manger as his job responsibility includes ensuring sales of the products manufactured by the company and maintaining the sales target set by the company.
  2. For providing his services, the sales manger will get a monthly salary of $3000 and incentive if he exceeds the sales target.
  3. The contract ends on 4th of December 2013 but it can be terminated earlier if the manager is not meeting the sales target.
