A commercial security contract is a written document which is framed when two parties are involved in a contract where one party ensures the other of giving security to the commercial property of the other party. Such contracts are legally binding in nature and must be followed without fail so as to avoid any kind of legal implication.

- The SECURITY PROVIDER must make sure of the keeping an attendance of the people who move in and out of the property.
- The SECURITY PROVIDER must inform the OWNER in case of any person who seems doubtful.
- The OWNER must do a security check of the SECURITY PROVIDER employees and make the monthly payment on the 1st of each month.
