The following are the obligations which must be fulfilled by both the involved parties:

  • The OWNER must pay the total amount in 3 parts to be paid equally after every four months.
  • The PROPERTY MANAGER must take full care of the property and manage the various undertakings and usage of the property for the duration of the contract
  • The MANAGER must discuss matters with the OWNER before any kind of commitment.
  • The OWNER must let the MANAGER use the property and give access for the entire duration of contract.
