A commercial construction contract is a legal document which is commenced between the construction company and an organization in order to construct an official property. This contract lays down all the terms and conditions which are agreed by the parties.

This commercial consultant contract is entered between Woodland Companies Pvt. Ltd, hereinafter called as the client organization, Located at: Office No: 6, Building No: 5/ L, Southern Solicit, New York, America


Brown Constructions Pvt. Ltd, hereinafter referred as the construction organization, located at: Office 8, Wing- D, Bakers street, New York, America

Effective date of starting the contract is November 27th, 2010 which terminates on November 27th, 2011.

Underneath mentioned are the covenants and promises committed between both the organizations:

Business terms:

The client organization will support the construction organization, whereas the construction organization will fulfil the work commitment within the time.

Payment clause:

The client organization will pay $ 45328 in advance on November 27th, 2010 to the construction organization, whereas the rest amount will be paid in instalments. The client organization will pay the 40% of the decided amount to the construction organization to start the work. The pending amount will be paid in equal instalment on the 7th of every month.


If the construction organization does not fulfil the commitment within the committed tenure, the contract will get dissolved, and the construction organization will receive no payment for the same.
