A brand license contract is a written document which is legal in nature and is made between a brand owner and a person who wishes to license for using the brand license. This document consists of a number of terms and conditions which has to be mutually agreed upon by the involved parties.

This contract has been made by and between Mr. Henry Mark who is hereby referred to as the Licensor and owns the Brand and Mr. Jack Bret who is hereby referred to as the licensee and wishes to use the brand name for professional use.

This amount has to be paid as a wholesome amount.
Terms and conditions:
This contract shall terminate on 14th July 2012 which makes the length of contract 12 months.
- The licensee agrees to use the brand name only for the purpose of professional use and cannot grant it to any third party.
- The licensor agrees to grant license of brand under license code: 45/K
Both the parties agree to the terms and conditions:
