Auto owner obligations:

Responsibilities of the buyer party:

The buyer party will check all documents of the vehicle at the time of delivery, whereas any lost document will not be the responsibility of the auto owner party.

Maintenance Terms:

The maintenance of the vehicles will be the responsibility of the buyer and should be followed as explained in the user manuals.

Payment clause:

The buyer party will make the full payment to the auto owner party at the time of purchase, whereas the mode of payment is declared above. The buyer party has already made a payment of $ 4500 as an advance amount.

Obligations of the band owner:

The band owner has to make the monthly payment on time to the band partner. He should be held responsible if any problem and delays are caused in paying to the band partner.

Duties of the band partner:

The band partner will be responsible for cooperating and playing his key role. He has to maintain the discipline and work according to the rule & regulations.

Payment Terms:

The band owner will pay an amount of $ 4560 to the band partner for his continues services with the band, in case of any discontinuation; the amount will be calculated per performance. The band partner has paid an amount of $ 300 as the registration fee to the band owner.

Termination:

In case of any dispute of legitimate issue, this partnership will be treated as dissolved.
